Recently, the communication speed of our space balanced photodetector has exceeded 12.5Gbps. Balanced photodetectors are key components of coherent optical communication receivers, widely used in fields such as coherent laser communication and in vehicle laser communication. The company team has been responsible for the special background model project of the General Assembly Aerospace R&D Center since 2015. It is the earliest unit in China to engage in the research and development of spaceborne balance detectors. It has completed the development of 5G and 10G spaceborne balance detectors and has started supplying receivers for coherent optical communication or LiDAR equipment to satellite development units.
